the Micro XP is a ghost image file backup

just unrar first

then

all you have to do is burn the systematic ghost to a cd.

make sure you have the image file on a different drive from the one your going to run micro xp.

now restart your computer

insert the ghost cd it should automatically boot into norton ghost.

select the top option then select from image, then you should go to your drive that has your micro xp ghost image file
on it select it.

now you should select which drive you want micro xp to go on.

now just restart your computer without the ghost cd in it. and everything should work fine.

works alot quicker  than doing a fresh install. plus now you use the cd to make images of your own windows
instalations.
