Miasthenia é um grupo musical de black metal formado em Brasília e cujo tema das letras é o
Paganismo.



O grupo surgiu no início de 1994, idealizado pela guitarrista e cantora Hécate, o baixista e cantor Vlad
D’Hades e o baterista Mictlantecutli. Um ano depois, gravaram a demonstração Para O Encanto Do
Sabbat, com letras em Português.



Em 1996 gravaram a demomstração Faun - Trágica Música Noturna em que acrescentaram o uso de
teclados as composições. Hecate passou a assumiu o teclado, o canto e o baixo e Vlad D’Hades as
guitarras e o canto.
